测试桩的安装说明及种类介绍  金属测试桩，测试桩在阴极保护系统中是必不可少的一部分，主要作用就是检测阴极保护的参数。测试桩同时也在管道管理和维护中起到很重要的作用。安装测试桩的时候必须按照其测试功能沿管道线进行布置。测试桩的主要组成有桩体、测试接线板、测试导线和铭牌组成。由于测试桩在阴极保护系统中起到非常重要的作用，所以选用测试桩也有一些技术要求：桩体规格为108钢管，壁厚为4毫米，长度为2米（桩体规格可以根据要求订做）；为了防止测试桩外壁时间久了以后会出现腐蚀，通常情况下会都会喷涂桔黄色防腐层；桩体内部对应着测试门的地方都会装有稳固接线板，主要作用是方便测试电缆的连接和桩体绝缘。规范的测试桩底部必须有可以使其稳固的结构。在阴极保护施工中，因为管道涂层的缺陷的问题经常出现，所以我们一般采用试片来弥补。  试片的使用安装也有一定的方法和技巧。由于管道涂层缺陷的大小非常难以估计大小，因此，选择试片的面积也比较困难。如果试片处测量的断点电位可以满足阴极保护的要求，就说明此处管道上，涂层漏点比试片小的部位得到了保护，但不能说明比试片大的涂层漏点是否得到保护。极化探头埋设的环境必须和管道的埋设的环境相同，安装的时候不能使用回填料。常用的极化探头试片面积有1.0平方厘米和10.0平方厘米。在安装使用的过程中一定要安装阴极保护系统的设计要求规范操作，尽量避免在施工过程中产生不必要的破坏
