检查变频器内A10主板、A22电源板上的LED指示灯均正常,用试电笔测变频器的进线电源,发现有一相显示不正常,用万用表测量三相结果为:Vab=390V,Vac=190V,Vbc=190V。经检查系进线端子排处接触不良。ready指示灯是变频器内各种状态信息的综合反映,当它不亮时可提示维护人员注意变频器尚未就绪。此时在进线电源不正常时变频器的故障记录中未能反映未就绪的原因,可能与电路的设计有关。(4)调试过程中变频器启动后即过流跳闸变频器供货方与被控设备的供货方因沟通上的原因,在容量上不匹配(电机功率为30kW)。将变频器的控制模式选为矢量控制,在输入电机参数时,变频器自动将电机的额定电流60A限定在45A。

按传感器原理分浮子式、跟踪式、压力式和反射式等。水位记录方式主要有:记录纸描述,数据显示或打字记录,穿孔纸带,磁带和固体电路储存等。水位计的度一般在1~3厘米以内,制造的水位计的记录周期有1天、30天和90天等。走时误差,机械钟为2分/日,石英晶体钟小于5分/月。分类浮子式水位计其原理是由浮子感应水位的升降。有用机械方式直接使浮子传动记录结构的普通水位计,有把浮子提供的转角量转换成增量电脉冲或二进制编码脉冲作远距离传输的电传、数传水位计,还有用微型浮子和许多干簧管组成的数字传感水位计等。应用较广的是机械式水位计。应用浮子式水位计需有测井设备,只适合于岸坡稳定、河床冲淤很小的低含沙量河段使用。测井见图1。
