使用工具:电路在线维修仪
如果情况允许,是找一块与被维修板一样的好板作为参照,然后使用一起的双棒VI曲线扫描功能对两块板进行好、坏对比测试,起始的对比点可以从端口开始,然后由表及里,尤其是对电容的对比测试,可以弥补万用表在线难以测出是否漏电的缺憾。
:先易后难

为提高测试效果,在对电路板进行在线功能测试前,应对被修板做一些技术处理,以尽量削弱各种干扰对测试进程带来的负面影响。具体措施是:
1、测试前的准备
将晶振短路,对大的电解电容要焊下一条脚使其开路,因为电容的充放电同样也能带来干扰。
2、采用排除法对器件进行测试
对器件进行在线测试或比较过程中,凡是测试通过(或比较正常)的器件,请直接确认测试结果,以便记录;对测试未通过(或比较超差)的,可再测试一遍,若还是未通过,也可先确认测试结果,就这样一直测试下去,直到将板上的器件测试(或比较)完,然后再回过头来处理那些未通过测试(或比较超差)的器件。对未通过功能在线测试的器件,仪器还提供了一种不太却又比较实用的处理方法,由于仪器对电路板的供电可以通过测试夹施加到器件相应的电源与地脚,若对器件的电源脚实施刃割,则这个器件将脱离电路板供电系统,这时再对该器件进行在线功能测试,由于电路板上的其他器件将不会再起干扰作用,实际测试效果等同于“准离线”,测准率将获得很大提高。
3、用ASA-VI曲线扫描测试对测试库尚未涵盖的器件进行比较测试
由于ASA-VI智能曲线扫描技术能适用于对任何器件的比较测试,只要测试夹能将器件夹住,再有一块参照板,通过对比测试,同样对器件具备较强的故障侦测能力。该功能弥补了器件在线功能测试要受制于测试库的不足,拓展了仪器对电路板故障的侦测范围。现实中往往会出现无法找到好板做参照的情景,而且待修板本身的电路结构也无任何对称性,在这种情况下,ASA-VI曲线扫描比较测试功能起不了作用,而在线功能测试由于器件测试库的不完全,无法完成对电路板上每一个器件都测试一遍,电路板依然无法修复,这儿就是电路在线维修仪的局限,就跟没有包治百病的药一样。
:先静后动
由于电路在线维修仪目前只能对电路板上的器件进行功能在线测试和静态特征分析,是否完全修好必须要经过整机测试检验,因此,在检验时先检查一下设备的电源是否按要求正确供给到电路板上。
