螺杆空压机进气阀工作原理
    对于空压机电磁阀的一个总的规律就是：电磁阀得电加载，失电卸载。有时候我们的设备有在卸载的情况下出现电流稍微有点大，22KW的卸载时电流有31A。初步怀疑进气阀没关严，因为在没用气的时候，机器卸载后，压力还会慢慢上升，有时会高压报警停机！而且在停机后，机器内部还有一些残余压力无法卸放（在6公斤左右），导致再次启动时，主机过载。
    当空压机进气阀属于常开式进气阀,压缩机在没有加载时电磁阀是打开的,压缩机加载后电磁阀是关闭的.当电磁阀打开时,会有一路气体去关闭进气阀,但是不能完全关死,还要保留进气空间,以维持压缩机润滑所需要的最小压力,这个压力一般在1.5bar;电磁阀关闭后,压缩机会进入正常工作状态,直至到设定的工作压力,这取决于用户.该进气阀有两路管,一路放空;一路放掉阀中余气,保证压缩机正常加载。卸载时,电流过大,说明罐压较高,进气阀开度梢大,请调整放空螺钉,保证罐压不会太高. 
    空压机停机后,罐压一般在60秒左右就可以完全排空,即压力为0.而你的罐压还有6bar,说明进气阀放空管路存在问题:1.可能是管路直径过细;2.组合阀孔口过小或是否杂物堵塞。
    卸载后,压力会有轻微的来回升高,但这个只是平衡需要,而且时间很短.不会上升到高压停机.高压停机应该是空压机电磁阀存在问题,请检查它是否完好,是否可以正常工作.不论什么样的进气阀,都应当在卸载时维持罐压在1.0~2.0BAR之间.过高对于空压机的能量是很大的浪费。

High downtime should be air compressor mechanical and magnetic valve there is a problem, please check if it is in good condition, whether can work normal. No matter what kind of intake valve, shall be maintained when unloading tank pressure is between 1.0 ~ 2.0 BAR. Too much for the air compressor is a great waste of energy.
