堆高车门架自动倾斜困难或动作不够流畅原因：倾斜油缸壁与密封圈过度磨损；换向阀内阀杆弹簧失效；活塞卡住缸壁或活塞杆弯曲；倾斜油缸内积垢过多或密封件过于压紧。解决方法：更换O型密封圈或油缸；更换合格弹簧；更换损坏件；清洗调整。
The door frame stacker automatically tilt difficult or not smooth action: tilt cylinder wall and the sealing ring of excessive wear; reversing valve stem spring failure; cylinder piston rod or piston stuck bending; tilt cylinder seals or excessive inner product scale too tightly. Solution: replace O type sealing ring or cylinder; replace the qualified spring; replace damaged parts; adjust the cleaning.

堆高车电器运作不不正常：原因：电器盒内微动开关损坏或位置调整不当；主电路保险丝或控制电器保险丝熔断；电池电压过低；接触器触点烧毛，或污物太多造成接触不良；触点不动作。解决方法：更换微动开关，重新调整位置；更换同型号保险丝；重新充电；修理触点，调整或更换接触器；检查接触器线圈有无断路或更换接触器。
Electric stacker operation is not normal: Reason: electric box micro switch is damaged or improperly adjusted position; the main circuit control electric fuse or fuse; the battery voltage is too low; singeing contactor, or too much dirt caused by poor contact; contact action. Solution: replace the microswitch, readjust the position, replace the same type fuse, recharge the battery, repair the contact, adjust or change the contactor, check whether the contactor coil is broken or replace the contactor.
