堆高车电机的保养（1）为保证电池寿命，电池投入使用前应充足电，充电不足的电池不可使用。（2）电池尽量避免过充和过放。电池过充和过放会严重影响电池性能和寿命。（3）电池液孔塞和气盖应保持清洁，充电时取下或打开电完毕应装上或闭合。电池表面、连接线及螺钉应保持清洁、干燥。如有硫酸，用棉纱蘸上碱液擦去，应注意不要让碱液进入电池内。（4）充电完成后，应检查电池液位，及时补加蒸馏水以保持液面高度。正常情况下严禁补加稀硫酸。（5）电池使用后，应及时充电，放置时间一般不超过24小时。（6）充电时应保持良好的通风，严禁烟火。（7）出现下列情况，电池需作均衡充电。

堆高车驱动轮速度明显降低或驱动电机严重过载：原因：电池电压太低或桩头接触电阻太大；电机换向器片间积碳引起片间短路；电机制动器调整不当而使电机带制动运行；驱动头齿轮箱及轴承缺少润滑或底座卡阻；电机电枢短路。解决方法：检查堆高车负载时电池端电压或清洗桩头；清理换向器；调整制动器间隙；检查清洗并重新加注润滑油，清除卡阻现象；更换新电机。

堆高车起重无力或不能起重原因：齿轮泵与泵提磨损过度；换向阀内的溢流阀高压不当；油压管路漏油；液压油油温过度；门架滑架存在卡阻现象；油泵电机转速过低。解决方法：更换磨损或齿轮泵；重新调整；检查并修复；更换不合格的液压油并检查油温度升高的原因；检查并调整；检查电机并排除故障。
