FIP has developed a new ball valve type VK Dual Block to
introduce an advanced standard of reference in
thermoplastic valve design.
VKD is a (true) union lock ball valve, which stands up to the
most severe industrial application requirements.

achieved with the true blocked union design.

浅层砂过滤器利用深层介质对原水进行深层过滤，能有效地去除颗粒物和降低浊度。若装上特定的滤料，例如活性炭，沸石等，还可以吸附去除相应的有机物、离子等。
工作原理
    过滤状态：当系统处于过滤状态时，加压水从滤罐进口流入布水系统，均匀的到达滤料层，当水流过滤料层时，悬浮物被滤料截留。过滤器底部带有精密缝隙的集水器，过滤后的水被均匀收集，并流出过滤器。集水器上精密的缝隙能有效防止滤料的流失。
    反冲洗状态：随着杂质在滤料层中的不断积聚，压力损失不断增加，当压差增加到某一设定值时（或达到某一设定的时间值时），系统将自动转换至反洗状态。加压水通过过滤器底部集水装置进入滤料层，对其进行冲刷，使截流的污染物脱落并排出过滤器。

    采用全自动控制过滤系统，采用模块化设计，根据流量的大小，选择多个过滤单元。可采用时间，压差等多种方式自动启动反冲洗，系统内各过滤单元依次进行反冲洗，其他单元仍然在过滤。反冲洗效率高，反冲洗时间短，反冲洗时节水。滤料具有更好的耐细菌污染能力，反冲洗效果更好。
产品应用
    工业用水的过滤。如：钢厂氧枪水、褐炉、热交换器供水的过滤等，可过滤掉水中的杂质，避免管路及喷嘴的堵塞。
    工业循环水的旁滤系统，生产水的再循环、工业废水处理。
    原水的处理。可对地表河水，湖水、海水、水库水、井水以及城市自来水作为水源的城市小区分质供水等进行过滤，除去水中的砂粒、悬浮物、藻类、有机物等。
    农业灌溉。尤其适用于高流量、杂质含量好的水源，如农田水利灌溉、公园及高尔夫球场上草坪的浇灌等。 
    食品加工业用水，造纸行业，电厂工业循环水的处理等，工业及医疗用纯净水的预处理。
    水产业、游泳池及水上乐园等行业。
